Your account and data
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app: Profile → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. If you no longer have the app, see the account deletion page.
Common questions
A scan looks wrong. Text recognition and AI analysis can be wrong or incomplete. Retake the photo with the full ingredient list flat, sharp and well lit. Always read the physical label yourself if you have an allergy, intolerance or medical condition. The app is not medical advice.
I forgot my password. Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen; we will email you a reset link.
