Delete your Unpackly account
Fastest: delete in the app
Open the app and go to Profile → Account → Delete Account. You will confirm the deletion and, for email accounts, re-enter your password. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
No access to the app?
Email us at [email protected] from the address your account is registered under, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request against the account email and complete the deletion; you will receive a confirmation reply.
What is deleted
Your account and all data linked to it: email address and sign-in identities, health profile (allergies, medical conditions, diet), scan history and analysis results, stored label images, shopping lists you own, likes and streaks. Shared lists you own are transferred to their longest-standing member instead of destroying other people's data. Community-contributed ingredient texts are kept but anonymized (no longer linked to you).
Retention after deletion
Deletion is executed immediately; residual copies in encrypted backups roll off automatically within 14 days.
